Father’s Day Mini Album

 

Hello there!

 

This is just a sneak peek of a father’s day mini album I’ve been working on.  I AM NOT typically a grungy, distressed type of crafter……but I had SO much fun making this album!  I got super inky fingers and as I was getting my fingerprints all over everything, I just kept telling myself it’s SUPPOSED to be a dirty, grungy, distressed book.  LOL

 

So, here is the cover:

 

 

 

I inked and Stickled, and Crackled and Spritzed and Inked………and repeated.  So…much…fun!  :-)

Happy Birthday Matey!!

 

Hi Friends!  :-)

In an effort to procrastinate in packing for my booth this coming weekend, I decided to make a card.  ha ha!!

I created this using my Cricut Imagine and Buccaneer cartridge.  See all that area around the map?  That used to be white cardstock.  I used Tim Holtz Distress Inks in Black Soot and Walnut Stain to ink the paper and the map.   I used the Walnut Stain ink around the edges of the pirate.  I did that mostly to mask the edges of the white cardstock I printed my image on. 

I added a little twine to the top of the card and added a few things to the inside.  I popped the pirate up with pop dots and adhered the rest of it with Glossy Accents, which is my favorite adhesive these days! 

Just a super simple something for pirate fan’s birthday!

Baby Steps CD cover

 

Hi there! 

For today’s project, I’m going to share with you a sweet & simple project using the Baby Steps Cricut cartridge.  As usual, this is one I made for Kellukas Photography for a brand new baby girl.  I’ve got a couple more coming do in the next few weeks – a wedding and engagement photos.

Cricut Old West photo frame

 

Howdy Y’all!

For today’s project, I’m finishing up with one final project from my daughter’s birthday party.  :-)

I made a quick & easy page to frame for her bedroom using a photo taken of her riding her cousin’s horse this summer.  I’m not sure if you can see the smile on her face, but she was totally in LOVE with riding.  Of course, now she wants her own horse, spurs, boots, etc, etc.  *sigh*
