A member of my husband’s family member has lost her father. I pulled together this very simple sympathy card to send to her.
- Card blank – white A2 sized cardstock with black & white layers
- Font – Edwardian Script printed from computer
- Heart Flourish – my creation in SCAL
- Ribbon – from stash…just used the last of it too!
- Embossing – Swiss Dots Cuttlebug Folder
- Pink Bling – Swarovski Crystals
Honestly, I’m not sure I like the finished effect. I would love to hear what you think……?
Thanks for stopping by!

I think it's just perfect the way it is. I know first hand it is hard to do sympathy cards as I had to make 5 for my aunts and uncles when my grandmother passed a couple months ago.
That is just beautiful!!! Absolutely perfect the way it is!

It is beautiful! It is just sad it is a sympathy card!
Beautiful card Billie! Kendra and I were just discussing doing sentiments for sympathy cards. There doesn't seem to be much out there.

I really like your flourish. So you have SCAL - use it with a Cricut? I need to consider getting that!
